JERSEY MAC

Lobo

Ginger Gold

It's name really defines well what differenciates the Ginger Gold from the other apples; it has a yellow skin and a spicy taste. It's an ideal apple to put into your salads as it's skin browns very slowly.

Mcintosh

The McIntosh variety is the most popular with Quebec. Juicy and sweet, it is excellent for eating and cooking beautifully. It is very tasty in compote.

Honey Crisp

The Honey Crisp is a very prised variety for the consumer because it is an exceptionally crunchy, crispy and juicy apple. It owns it's name to it's characteristic honey finish. The flesh is a nice cream tone and insensible to oxidizing. It is usually a big caliber fruit. It's an apple to eat with a knife, to eat it by the piece is a delight suitable for every occasion.

Royal Gala

The Gala has a yellowish flesh, is juicy, very firm and crunchy at will. This fruit, attractive with a stripy skin and it's shape, has a soft thin skin, but can resist very well to bruising. It is a beautiful fruit, to eat as fresh as possible.

Spartan

Juicy, fairly sweet and crunchy especially well, the Spartan is a dark red uniform. A variety that comes to maturity on the latest, she lets herself be desired.

Ambrosia

It's conique shape combined with it's pink on yellow color distinguishes this apple from the others in the supermarket. Ambrosia is a very mutifacetted apple as it is as tasty in a salad than in a desert since the flesh will not brown rapidly nor will it "melt" in high heat.

Cortland

Characterised par a very pale flesh and an exceptional taste, the Cortland is ideal for cooking, particularly to bake pies. It is also excellent to eat fresh and is marvelous to make a memorable salad as the flesh does not turn brown when in contact with ambient air.

Empire
