A spritz is… a prosecco and aperol flavoured cocktail mix, but without alcohol. What is aperol? It’s a liqueur made from plants, flowers and oranges, and developed in Italy. It is a very popular cocktail amongst women. Slightly bitter taste, but very refreshing.
