RAVE®​

Ginger Gold

“Ginger Gold” describes very well what differentiates this apple from other varieties; Its colour is yellow and it has a gingery taste. It is ideal for using in salads, as its flesh does not brown very quickly when exposed to air.

HoneyCrisp

Honeycrips are the most sought-after apple by clients, as they are exceptionally crisp and juicy. The name “Honeycrisp” comes from the fact that this apple has a delicate honey taste. Its flesh has a lovely cream colour and is quite resistant to oxidation. This apple is usually large in size. It is ideal for eating in slices and for every occasion.

Royal Gala

Royal Gala apples have a yellow flesh, are juicy, very firm, and as crisp as can be. Pretty due to its shape and striated colours, this fruit has a smooth and fine skin, but it resists bruises well. It is a very nice apple to eat fresh.

Spartan

Juicy, sweet, and especially, crisp, Spartans are a dark red colour. A variety that matures on the late side, we spend the season waiting for it.

Ambrosia

Its conical shape and pink accents over a yellow-green base colour distinguishes this apple from other varieties in the store. Ambrosia is a very versatile apple that can be used as much in salads as in your favourite desserts, as its flesh does not brown quickly when in contact with air, and it keeps its shape well during cooking.
